Confidence
BeforeEvery decision about training, travel, or a demanding day feels like a guess.
AfterYou understand what to push, what to modify, and how to interpret your body's response.
The Program
Three phases, applied in order, whether you're starting from pain or starting from "fine, but I want more."
The Method, In Depth
Same discipline reliability engineers use on production systems, applied to a body instead of a server.
Before a plan is built, I get the full picture: movement patterns, load tolerance, recovery, repeated triggers, and which strategies may be compensating for something else. No generic protocol comes before understanding your actual starting point.
This is where we prioritize the modifiable contributors instead of chasing the symptom that is easiest to see. The goal is a more reliable baseline: less friction, fewer unpredictable responses, and a foundation that can tolerate progressive load.
Once the baseline is more reliable, we train the system to handle more: longer hours, harder training, and real output under real load. This is capacity planning for your body, progressed deliberately and adjusted from the response.
Three Starting States
Where you start depends on what is true for you right now. The assessment framework stays the same across the full spectrum.
status: outage
Pain or a flare is interfering with basic activities and quality of life. We begin by mapping the current pattern, constraints, and contributing inputs.
status: degraded
You are functioning, but pain or uncertainty keeps changing how you work, train, travel, or participate in the life you want.
status: nominal
Deep work for six hours straight without your back forcing a stop. Train harder without breaking down every few months. Operate at full output under real load, not just on your best days.
The Transformation
The goal is not dependence on another expert. It is better judgment, more confidence, and a body with more room to handle life.
BeforeEvery decision about training, travel, or a demanding day feels like a guess.
AfterYou understand what to push, what to modify, and how to interpret your body's response.
BeforeYou turn things down because you do not know what they will cost afterward.
AfterYou have more room for work, training, travel, and the demands that matter to you.
What Gets Assessed
Body
Mechanics, mobility, and where load is actually going versus where it should go.
Health
The physiological baseline everything else is built on top of.
Mind
How load on your nervous system shows up as load on your body.
Life
What your actual week requires your body to do, not a hypothetical one.
A hard week at work affects recovery. Poor recovery reduces capacity. Reduced capacity affects confidence. Everything is connected, so the assessment treats it that way.
Ways to Work Together
Each one applies the same assessment framework at a different depth. The right fit depends on what you're dealing with and how much support you want. We'll figure that out together on the call.
ReBack
An expert-reviewed assessment of how your whole body handles load, followed by a focused exercise sequence built around the few changes that matter most for your back.
RePose
For anyone who wants to improve how they hold and move their body, and prevent injuries before they start. We find the patterns that load you unevenly and build a plan to change them.
ReBuild
Whole-body work to reduce pain and increase what your body can handle, progressed step by step as you respond: assess, stabilize, and build.
